Terms of Service

By using RZ Network's services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description

  • RZ Network provides managed IT Consulting, digital services, email security, online presence, cybersecurity, and compliance-related services.

2. User Obligations

  • You agree to provide accurate information about your business, its legal representative, or responsible person, and comply with applicable laws.

  • You agree not to misuse the services.

  • You agree to deal with RZ and its representatives with respect as they do their best to provide you with the best quality of service.

3. RZ Network Obligations

  • RZ Network will provide services to the best of its ability.

  • RZ Network will handle your data responsibly and securely.

  • RZ Network will respect your privacy, the privacy of your business, and all related information that has been shared within the framework of the scope of work.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • RZ Network is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • RZ Network is not liable for damage caused by a third party's action that is not within the scope of rendered services.0

 

​5. Privacy and Data Protection:

  • Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA): Ensure your privacy practices comply with PIPEDA, especially if you collect personal information from your customers.

  • Ontario's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA): If you operate solely within Ontario, ensure your privacy practices comply with PIPA.
     

6. Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  • Fair Business Practices: Ensure your business practices comply with the CPA, including truthful advertising, fair pricing, and clear terms and conditions.

  • Cooling-Off Periods: If applicable to your services, ensure you comply with any cooling-off periods.


7. Specific Considerations for Online Businesses:

  • Electronic Commerce Act (ECA): Ensure compliance with the ECA, especially regarding electronic contracts and electronic communications.

  • Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA): If your website or online services are accessible to the public, ensure compliance with AODA accessibility standards.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with notice sent to RZ through the customer portal or RZ info email address.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
