Tarek Belghith is the founder & Chairman of RZ Network Inc. Tarek is the creator of LOOP, a Canadian-born framework designed to support compliance readiness, operational assurance, and trust in complex, technology-enabled environments.

He works at the intersection of digital strategy, technology governance, and large-scale transformation, supporting organizations operating in regulated and mission-critical contexts. Based in Ottawa, Tarek brings a policy-aware, standards-aligned approach to digital enablement across public and private sectors.

Nina Maknine leads growth and strategic partnerships at RZ Network Inc. Her focus is on aligning innovation initiatives with organizational needs, fostering trusted collaborations, and supporting the responsible scaling of RZ Network’s offerings.

She plays a key role in ensuring that RZ’s work remains practical, sustainable, and aligned with long-term client value.
